We offer a 3-day exchange window, which means you must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange is only applicable if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or damage
  • You received the wrong size

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Reverse Shipping Fee

For all exchange requests, the customer must pay a reverse shipping fee of β‚Ή250.

Non-Exchangeable Items
